About Eulica & P2P Academy

Hi there! I'm Eulica Kimber. I am a Certified Public Accountant; which means that I am pretty good with numbers.  But other than that I am just like you! I am a small business owner learning and earning through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. 

I use more than 30 years of experience in accounting and internal controls to help my clients achieve their goals. I enjoy helping business leaders to understand and take ownership and control of all financial aspects of their operations.  

In simple terms, I am a problem solver.  And most business problems are solved with business knowledge.  

I have empowered and encouraged my clients to not only become masters of their craft; but also, to embrace the financial tools that measure the success and viability of their business. 

But, I ran into a business problem of my own!  I didn't have enough hours in the day to reach the demand of clients seeking to work with me.  I needed a way to get valuable knowledge to business owners who need it.  So, while completing my MBA, I learned that many small businesses fail because of a lack of business and financial knowledge on the part of entrepreneurs. 

And Plan2Pro$per Small, Business Academy was born!  The Academy is a self-paced learning community to produce business-savvy entrepreneurs who make sound data-driven decisions.   

More about me... I woke up like this... 

A long, long time ago, I earned a B.S. degree in Accounting & Finance from Virginia State University and have worked in the accounting field since 1991. I also earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the College of William & Mary.  I also hold both an individual and firm license as a Certified Public Accountant issued by the Board of Accountancy of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  

I run a successful accounting firm, Firm Foundation Accounting Solutions, PLLC,  with the mindset that “It takes wisdom to build a house, and understanding to set it on a firm foundation (Proverbs 24:3 - The Message Bible).  This scripture was the inspiration for my firm name and logo.
