Hi! I’m Eulica

CPA/ MBA/ Business Coach / Author/ Speaker

 

I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the College of William & Mary. 

I’m also a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and a certified business coach, blending expert knowledge with practical tools to empower entrepreneurs.

As the founder of Firm Foundation Accounting Solutions, PLLC, I help business owners build strong financial systems, maintain audit readiness, and navigate the numbers with confidence.

I’m also the creator of the Plan2Prosper™ Small Business Academy, where I teach entrepreneurs how to plan, track, and prosper. Our mission is to make the numbers make sense — and use them to drive real business results.

As the author of The Black Woman’s Business Bible and creator of the Business By the Numbers Small Business Planner, I’m committed to demystifying the language of business — because your business is always talking to you. I help you learn how to listen, understand, and respond.

I'm Eulica Kimber. I am a Certified Public Accountant; which means that I am pretty good with numbers.  But other than that I am just like you! I am a small business owner learning and earning through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. 

I use more than 30 years of experience in accounting and internal controls to help my clients achieve their goals. I enjoy helping business leaders to understand and take ownership and control of all financial aspects of their operations.  

 

Not all Business Coaches are created equal...

According to Inc.com, " low barriers to entry are allowing more people to anoint themselves as business coaches and that presents some issues."  Furthermore, "not all coaches are created equal, and investing energy (and money) into a coaching relationship shouldn't be taken lightly."

About The Academy

 

I ran into a business problem of my own!  I didn't have enough hours in the day to reach the demand of clients seeking to work with me.  I needed a way to get valuable knowledge to business owners who need it.  So, while completing my MBA, I learned that many small businesses fail because of a lack of business and financial knowledge on the part of entrepreneurs. 

And Plan2Pro$per Small, Business Academy was born!  The Academy is a self-paced learning community to produce business-savvy entrepreneurs who make sound data-driven decisions. 

All coaching and accounting clients and course enrollees are considered members of the academy!
